There has been a trend going on in the Hollywood film industry where certain horror flicks make their scare factor based off an aspect of life that upon following the characters through the movie, you'd see just how valuable such a thing would be. For instance , take Birdbox as an example , the movie's plot was set in a world thrown into "blind" chaos as other-worldly creatures preyed on the darkest inner thoughts of their victims who were unfortunate to look upon them, prompting them to either kill themselves or others. For people who haven't seen Birdbox, (apologies, but big shame to you guys), the story roughly centres around a mother trying to get to a sanctuary which rumour claims to be protected against these creatures.
